Rental rates, terms & conditions
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is four people. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.
Rates:
All rates are in US dollars and include maid service for three days per week.
High season (November through April inclusive): $950 US per week; $3,200 US per month.
Christmas and Easter (one week minimum): $1,100 US per week.
Low season (May through October): $750 US per week; $2,500 US per month.
Low season long term (two-month minimum): $1,500 US per month.
Payment terms:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the rental. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation. Payment may be paid by Western Union, email money transfer (only available within Canada), cheque (Canadian or U.S. banks) or by credit card through PayPal.
Cancellation policy:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 120 days prior to the start of the rental for a full refund of the deposit paid. There will be no refund on cancellations made within 120 days of the start of the rental.

Damage deposit:
A damage deposit of $250 US must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the rental. It will be returned within 14 days of the completion of the rental provided there has been no damage to real or personal property and that all the conditions of this agreement have been met.
Deductions from the deposit shall be made for any damage done to the property or its contents, normal wear and tear excepted.
Check-in:
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Other conditions:
Casita Manzanillo is non-smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside or on the roof-top deck.
All rentals require a rental agreement including mailing address and telephone number. At least one person in the rental party must be over the age of 25.
Neither the owner nor its representatives will be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
